How can I track my shipment?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of completing the purchase. This time may be longer during promotional periods due to high volume.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. You will also be notified by email and SMS when your order is dispatched.
The delivery time for the order is usually 1-3 business days after it is shipped.
How can I find my body?
A size chart is included under each product on our website. You can choose the size that suits you by checking the product measurements. For products without a size chart, you can get support from our customer service line.
What is the exchange/return period?
You have the right to a free exchange or a paid return within 14 days of receiving the products.
To request returns or exchanges, please send an email to info@snugbrandwear.com.
It is important that the following information is included in the email:
- Order holder's name and surname
- Order address
- Reason for return/exchange request (e.g., Wrong product, Defective product)
Our support team will contact you after receiving your request. You will be provided with the necessary store code to enable shipping via Yurtiçi Kargo.
Once your products reach us, they will be inspected by our Quality Control team, and you will be notified of the return/exchange decision via email within 7-14 business days .
