DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed electronically by the BUYER.

2) SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER through www.snugbrandwear.com, and the determination of the parties' obligations in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3) PRODUCT, PRICE, DELIVERY AND BILLING INFORMATION

The product name, quantity, size, color, price including taxes, and all costs listed on the order screen are an integral part of the contract. Deliveries are only within Turkey.

The BUYER shall inspect the package before accepting delivery; if a damaged product is received, the responsibility lies with the BUYER.

4) GENERAL PROVISIONS

a) The BUYER acknowledges that they have read the Preliminary Information Form along with the order confirmation.
b) Delivery will be made to the BUYER's address within a maximum of 30 days.
c) The SELLER reserves the right to cancel orders intended for wholesale or resale purposes.
d) In case of typographical or pricing errors, the SELLER reserves the right to correct or cancel the transaction.
e) Product photos may vary due to screen differences.
f) Delivery will not be made until payment for the product is received.
g) In case of force majeure, the BUYER has the right to cancel or postpone the order.
h) The SELLER may send communications for informational and marketing purposes.

5) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The withdrawal can be notified in writing or via email.

Product Return:
Within 10 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the product must be sent to the following address:

Refund:
The SELLER will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the product.

6) PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

a) Products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose packaging/hygiene seal/tape has been opened after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimsuit bottoms).
b) Products that are custom-made or modified.

7) LOSS OF VALUE

The BUYER may try on the product reasonably only for the purpose of checking the size/fit. Beyond this, returns of the product cannot be refused in case of use (washing, soiling, deformation, etc.); however, the SELLER may apply a deduction for the loss of value.

8) BUYER'S DEFAULT

The BUYER agrees to indemnify the SELLER for any damages that may arise due to the delay.

9) COMPETENT COURT

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

10) ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted this agreement the moment they confirm the order electronically.
